Our operating hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays excluding Public Holidays.

We do not have physical showroom or retail store in order to maximize cost savings to you by cutting out middlemen and retail costs.

However, we do have warehouse for self-collection and exchange of items.

Our warehouse is located at 10 Changi South Street 3, #05-03, Singapore 486147.

Please make appoinment by contacting +65 9797 5992 and get confirmation from us before you coming down to our warehouse.

Delivery takes 3 to 9 working days (excluding weekend and PH).

The ETA is an estimate and not a guarantee. Lead time can be impacted by external factors such as freight delays, unstable weather, global pandemics, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, you can! Free cancellation in 48hrs.

If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order or any item(s) in your order, please notify us within 48hrs after the order confirmation and you will be refunded with no additional charges incurred. (If paid by credit card, 4% processing fees not refundable)

If over 48hrs after order confirmation. There is a 20% restocking fee or $30 (whichever higher) charged per item; this fee will be deducted from your refund.

We can do return & refund for you!

We do have 30-DAYS NO REASON RETURN & REFUND service. If you change your mind, you may notify us for Return & Refund within 30 days of the date you received the item, no questions will be asked.

Please take note that:


-Only items in as-new condition can be returned.

-Some items not refundable, like mattresses, bedsheet, cushions etc.

-There are 20% restocking fee or $30 (whichever higher) & S$50 delivery fee charged per returned item; these fees will be deducted from your refund.

All our product require self-assembly. We do not provide installation at the moment. However, please feel free to check with us if you need freelance installer contact and we are happy to share with you.

There will be delivery charge of $5 for order value less than $60. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING with order value more than $60.

We understand that there are times your unit is not ready to accept delivery. Hence, we offer free 30 days warehousing service and can wait for your delivery notice. Feel free to contact our team for necessary arrangements.

We can arrange another date for your delivery for FREE for the first reschedule.

However, there will be recheduling fee of $30 for second and subsequent reschedule.

Alternatively, you may fix delivery date with a fee ($30 dollar for weekday and $50 for Saturday).

You need to pay additional for carry up!

We can arrange the delivery people to carry up for you, but you need to pay them for their additional works. Carry up charges of S$20 per level will be applicable in the event that the item cannot fit into lift or there is no lift to the unit floor (including scheduled lift maintenance).

It is customers' responsibility to measure their lift & entryway size, to make sure your ordered items can go into your home. If the item(s) really cannot be delivered via lift nor be carried up through stairwell access, we will provide you at most 80% partial refund for the item.

You can fix delivery date with a fee ($30 dollar for weekday and $50 for Saturday) but we do not deliver at specific timing.

We do not deliver on weekends and PH unless there is a special circumstances in our operations or you have fixed the delivery date by paying a fee for Saturday delivery.

We don't want to be late, but sometimes it happens. We beg for your understanding!

In the case of delay due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, unfavourable weather conditions, or road conditions such as accidents, our delivery team will notify you by a phone call and our sales will reschedule your delivery, subject to availability in our delivery schedule slots.
